Operator and contact
成都京智贸易有限公司 handles information relating to browsing YUNSILVER and making enquiries. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete information or withdraw consent, contact [email protected]. Mr Long handles these requests. We verify identity where needed and respond according to applicable requirements and circumstances. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Information you provide and its use
An enquiry may include your company or identity, country or region, email, requirements, quantity, timing, cooperation mode, request intent and optional intended use. Related product name, SKU and source page may also be included. This enquiry form has no attachment upload and does not request payment card details. We use the information to understand requirements, assess cooperation, prepare communications and reply. Please avoid sensitive information unrelated to the enquiry.
Email handling and submission records
Enquiries are routed by cooperation mode to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] for manual follow-up by Mr Long. Mailboxes are checked at 10:00 and 17:00 Shanghai time on working days; these are checking times, not guaranteed response deadlines. Enquiry emails contain the privacy-consent page path, UTC consent time and a random request identifier; they do not currently contain a hash of the notice text. This enquiry feature sends no automatic customer acknowledgement and does not automatically enter enquiries into a CRM. Submission success means the sending system accepted the request, not guaranteed inbox delivery or reading.
Duplicate prevention and security records
To recognise duplicate successful submissions, the site retains a random identifier and a content digest protected by a site key for 24 hours. It does not retain an enquiry-body queue for offline redelivery. Abuse counters use a digest derived from the IP address and site salt, expiring one hour after the last counter write. Expiry and physical removal may occur at different times; these digests are not absolutely anonymous. Servers and security services also process IP addresses, request times, paths and device or browser information needed for access, troubleshooting and protection.
Visit analytics and source attribution
Live pages load a Cloudflare visit and performance analytics script to understand page usage and performance; this browser analytics service is separate from enquiry-body collection. WooCommerce order attribution is enabled in saved settings. On applicable pages, its scripts may use sbjs_* session cookies for referral sources, campaign parameters, landing pages and session page views to understand order origins. This processing is separate from submitting an enquiry. Actual browser storage and duration depend on the functions and settings; a single stateless visit cannot establish their absence. If an order is placed, attribution information may also be saved with that order.
Service providers and access
The site uses its existing VPS hosting and Cloudflare network and security channel; enquiry email uses Alibaba enterprise mail. Providers process relevant information as needed for hosting, transmission, email or security. Mr Long and personnel authorised for the business handle enquiries as required for their work. Network and service processing may involve locations outside your country or region; information is not promised to remain only in your region. Ask the privacy contact about applicable account terms, processing locations and provider records. Receiving an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and manual removal
Unconverted enquiry email is retained for six months from the last communication, or from receipt if there is no follow-up. Mr Long reviews overdue mail monthly and handles removal manually. There is no automatic deletion feature, and the rule does not mean every copy is physically removed on its expiry date. Working copies are checked during removal. Deleted-mail folders, provider-recoverable copies, backups and security logs follow their respective rules and may not be cleared immediately together. Completed-business records and transaction or dispute records that must be retained are handled under the relevant business and applicable retention requirements rather than this unconverted-mail rule.
Account and shop interfaces
If you use an existing account, cart or checkout interface, the system may process account, billing, shipping or transaction information you provide for the corresponding function, support and security. An enquiry itself is not an order, payment or automatic subscription. This notice does not guarantee that online payment, registration or all shop functions are available; rely on the actual interface and separately confirmed transaction information.
Handling privacy requests
Email [email protected] with the information you want to access, correct or delete and enough detail to locate the record, such as your email, communication date or request identifier. Do not send identity documents or passwords unsolicited. Mr Long verifies what is necessary, then handles the request or explains why it cannot be fulfilled or records must be retained. Applicable rights and time limits are respected. Necessary working records of the request and outcome are retained.
Reviews and comments
If you submit a review or comment, the system processes form details such as name, email, rating or text, and records IP and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Approved display names, ratings and text may be public; email is not a public field. Avatar features may provide an email digest to Gravatar and load an avatar; see https://automattic.com/privacy/. Choosing to remember comment details may store name or email cookies. The six-month unconverted-enquiry rule does not directly apply to these records. Request access or deletion at [email protected]; we consider the purpose, applicable requirements and any continuing need to retain them.
Version and changes
Notice text version: 2026-10-14. We update it when processing materially changes and provide further notice or obtain further authorisation where applicable for new purposes or other changes requiring it.
