Yunnan silversmithing, made for contemporary life.

A place, and its people
YUNSILVER’s pieces are made in Yunnan, in southwest China — home to the Bai people, one of Yunnan’s ethnic communities, whose silverwork has been part of daily life here for generations.
Many of our makers work in and around Dali, Yunnan, recognised nationally for its silversmithing tradition. Villages here still hold workshops where the craft is learned hand to hand, master to apprentice.
Real craft, real hands
A silversmith might spend an afternoon coaxing a single flower into the surface of a cup, or curving a sheet of silver into the body of a kettle. These are not abstract traditions — they are specific people, specific tools, and specific pieces you can hold.
Made for everyday life
We bring this craft into contemporary life — not as museum pieces, but as objects and jewellery meant to be worn, used, and lived with.
